The extortionist woman was habitual of filing false rape and other such complaints against different persons. She had lodged 7-8 FIRs in different police stations of rape which never happend. The IO shared the FIRs filed by her to the court. IO also submitted to have received call recordings of the accused woman wherein she had made an extortion call to the brother of the victim. Certain documents, including an Arya Samaj marriage certificate with a person, along with photographs of that marriage and copies of the FIRs filed by this woman against various persons were presented from victim’s side. She had also filed a complaint of Domestic Violence against the person she had married in Arya Samaj Mandir. More of such cases came in the light of the court, wherein she had threatened the innocents with false rape cases if they did not fulfil her demands. Transcript of the conversation between the woman and the victim man were also presented to the court. As per the transcript, she had used unparliamentary language and did demand money from the victim’s brother. 3 of the 7-8 FIRs were outrightly dismissed as they were fake allegations.
After hearing both the parties and after perusing the records carefully, the court came to know that various proceedings for furnishing false information have also been furnished against the woman.
She is continuously exploiting the victims, and she had already lodged more than 7 FIRs against different persons. Despite being married, she was threatening other persons for marrying her.
Based on the above presented facts and materials, the court dismissed the bail of the extortionist woman.
